SUZUKI SV650 (2016+) COMFORT SEAT TRIM

With the release of the refreshed SV650, we thought it was finally time to get our trim out into the world. Designed to elevate the timeless silhouette of Suzuki's cult favourite our custom seat trim provides improved comfort with refined styling and premium materials. This trim transforms the look and feel of your bike while staying true to the character of the SV.

Design & Craftsmanship

Each seat is handcrafted using a collection of high end materials that we have chosen and sourced globally, creating a world class trail of provenance unseen amongst our competitors.

• American Carrara distressed vinyl
• Italian Dinamica & Alcantara synthetic suedes
• Australian Dunlop foams
• British Coats waxed cotton threads

Every panel is cut, sewn, and assembled in-house, with a 12mm latex-backed comfort foam stitched into the seat trim to offer plushness and pressure relief especially appreciated in upright touring or city riding.

Detail Stitch Options To Match your SV650

We have chosen a variety of detail stitch colours to best tie into the various colours ways of the SV. The colours we have chosen are:

• Dark Blue Detail Stitch.
• Charcoal Detail Stitch.
• Bronze Detail Stitch.
• Red Detail Stitch.

Fitment & Installation

This trim replaces the factory seat cover and fits the 2016+ SV650 stock seat pan without modification. Installation takes around 15 minutes and can be easily fitted with a 6mm air-powered staple gun. For those less inclined to install themselves, local upholsterers can provide professional fitting for a small fee. We tend to love this option, as you’ll get perfect fitment whilst also getting an unbiased professional opinion on the quality of upholstery that we do. Since we started Kelpi, we’re yet to hear of any trimmer who hasn’t been impressed by our work.
