Design Choices

To complement the distinctive liveries of BMW’s superbike line, the seat trim is styled with a black vinyl and suede foundation, accented with diamond stitching in colourways that tie neatly into your bike’s paint scheme:

Continue using your original S1000RR seat pan and install our comfort trim yourself with an air-powered 6 mm staple gun (using our detailed video guide), or have it professionally installed by an upholsterer.

This option includes a dual-density 12 mm comfort foam stitched into the rider seat, plus a 12 mm mid-layer bonded to the base — resulting in 24 mm of custom foam designed specifically for your height and weight.

Supplied as a complete rider and pillion seat set, fully assembled in-house with your chosen trim and ready to install.

Our most comprehensive comfort upgrade for the S1000RR, combining a supportive base inspired by BMW’s factory comfort seat designs with precision-tuned mid and top foam layers for enhanced support during both road and track-focused riding.

Shorter riders benefit from a slimline 12mm single-density insert, keeping the seat height manageable without sacrificing support. Taller riders can opt for a 24mm dual-density insert, delivering extra comfort and stability for long-distance rides. Foam density is further adjusted to suit the rider’s weight, ensuring balanced support mile after mile.

Fitment & Installation

The Comfort Seat Trim is designed as a direct replacement for your rider and pillion seat covers, requiring no modification to the bike itself. Installation takes around 20–30 minutes using a 6mm air-powered staple gun and our step-by-step video guide. Alternatively, any automotive or furniture upholsterer will be able to fit the trim easily. Once complete, each seat trim is securely packaged and shipped worldwide.
