Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped same day or next day, though in some circumstances there may be orders dispatched up to a week from order confirmation. In these delayed dispatch situations, the customer will be notified directly and given updated timelines.
Shipping costs are determined by the size, weight and destination location, with bundled shipping costs to reduce extra shipping costs for more than one item. Australia Post standard post with tracking is used as standard, with options for Express or International postage available. If you are returning an item for exchange, please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs involved in the return, as well as the shipping costs to send the new item back to you.
If you are returning a faulty item, we will cover the cost of sending you a replacement and send you a shipping label so you can send the faulty item back to us.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
Kelpi Custom Moto ships worldwide, and when shopping nationally from within Australia, our prices are given in AUD and include Australian GST only. International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees levied by their country's customs authority upon entry of goods. These charges are outside Kelpi's control and cannot be predicted, estimated, or covered by us. Kelpi Custom Moto accepts no liability for unforeseen customs fees or delays caused by customs processing. For specific information about what duties or taxes may apply to your order, please contact your local customs or imports office prior to purchasing.
RETURNS
If you receive any gear that isn’t up to scratch for any reason, feel free to return it to us within 30 days in the same condition you received it in and we will sort you out with an exchange or refund. Please ensure you’ve contacted us directly to organise the return before you ship anything back to us. Once we’ve inspected the returned product, we’ll process the exchange or refund as decided by you. Unless faulty, all products must be returned in an unused condition.
All made-to-order upholstery items (i.e. ALL of our seat products), are not able to be refunded under our "change of mind" offering, given that each seat trim is manufactured to the customer's height, weight, and design specifications.
Please note that a 15% restocking fee is applicable to all change of mind exchanges and refunds during this period.
Kelpi Custom Moto endeavours to make all products as easy to install as possible, and provides written, visual, and video instructions to assist with install. If a product has repeatedly and historically been installed on a particular year, make, and model of motorcycle, our first course of action is to aid the customer with installation (by supplying further reference imagery, via email/text/phone, etc etc). If, for any reason, the customer is unable to perform an installation due to lack of confidence or competency, then we advise that the motorcycle + corresponding part(s) be brought to a local mechanic for professional installation prior to requesting a return or refund.
WARRANTIES
All our products are under warranty for 2 years after purchase date, and also come with all of the added statutory protections under Australian Consumer Law. If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please reach out before sending the item back. If emailing regarding a fault, please attach pictures/videos of the fault so the item can be assessed before a return is approved.
In cases where a faulty item was received, a pre-paid shipping label can be emailed to cover the return costs on the faulty item. Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular returns time frames providing the item is still under warranty.
We aim to have your refund processed within 72 hours of receiving; however some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed on a regular basis via email updates.
If your order arrives damaged in transit please take photos of the damage and email them to us before and after opening the packaging to ensure the correct procedure is followed when rectifying the situation.
Please note that we won’t be liable for any product faults associated with poor user handling or installation. If unsure of what you’re doing, it is highly recommended to leave installation to a professional. Wiring can be weakened or broken when indicators are installed incorrectly, stainless steel mufflers can still be prone to rust if left dirty in coastal regions, and anodising can be prone to sun-fade if left out more often than not, turning black anodised indicators into a dark bronze colour.
