HONDA CB650R/CBR650R (2024+) COMFORT SEAT

Providing a generational update to our first CB(R)650R trim, the 2024 and onwards Honda CB(R)650R full comfort seat is designed to refine the styling and improve the comfort on of one of the most attractive middleweight bikes on the market. Handcrafted in Brisbane on a made to order basis, these seats improve comfort with variable density foam inlays specific to rider weight. This ensures a balance between initial plushness and longer distance support for all shapes and sizes, a common problem with many comfort seats that are essentially ‘one size fits all.’

This custom seat and trim features a twin stitched diamond insert that flows from the rider’s seat to the pillion seat seamlessly, with twin border panels that work to flow into the bodywork visually. It’s a timeless pairing to Honda’s neo retro and sport middleweights, creating a visually custom styling in a way that very few mods are able to achieve.

Comfort Options

Trim Only:

• Keep your factory seat pan and install our comfort trim yourself (or with a local upholsterer).

• Includes a dual-density 12mm comfort foam stitched into the rider’s seat and a 12mm mid-layer adhered to the base, providing 24mm of custom foam set up to your height and weight.

• Best for riders wanting to utilise their stock seat units, with cheap shipping and straight-forward video tutorials for fitment.

New Seat Unit + Trim:

• Includes a brand new set of Kelpi comfort seat units for rider and pillion (available only as a pair), fully assembled with your chosen trim in-house.

• The ultimate comfort upgrade for your CB(R)650R, combining a foam base similar to Honda’s comfort seat, with our made-to-measure mid and top-layer foams tailored to your dimensions.

Standard Design: 
A mix of black suede and vinyl with a twin stitched diamond insert panel. For the CBR we have a red detail stitch to suit both red and black fairings and for the CB a bronze detail stitch to pair with the engine case like in our previous generation.

Custom options are also available, including premium materials like Alcantara, alternative stitching patterns, and a variety of colours for stitching and materials. These modifications can be tailored to your vision for a truly bespoke seat trim and are priced according to material costs and time involved.

Sustainability and Ease of Installation

We prioritise sustainability by offering trims that reuse the stock seat base, avoiding the waste and cost associated with full seat replacements. This approach reduces shipping fees, import duties and production waste, allowing us to provide world-class custom upholstery to anyone across the world.

Our seat trims are designed for easy DIY installation, requiring only an air-powered 6-8mm staple gun and a flat head screwdriver. Installation takes just 15 minutes and is supported by a comprehensive video guide. For those less inclined to install themselves, local upholsterers can provide professional fitting for a small fee. We tend to love this option, as you’ll get perfect fitment whilst also getting an unbiased professional opinion on the quality of upholstery that we do. In five years, we’re yet to hear of any trimmer who hasn’t been impressed by our work.
