Performance Meets Precision for Honda’s Inline-Four Street Weapon

If you're chasing a sleek, underslung exhaust that matches the aggression and rev-happy nature of Honda’s 650cc inline-four, this is it. Designed specifically for 2019–2023 Honda CB650R and CBR650R models, this system delivers sharper throttle response, a deeper and more visceral tone, and a stripped-back aesthetic that elevates the factory lines without compromise. Built from 304 stainless steel, it’s purpose-built for riders who want raw performance and refined looks in one clean package.

Muffler Designs – Two Options, Both Done Right

This Kelpi system is engineered with two distinct muffler options, each offering its own character to suit your aural and aesthetic preferences:

  • Shorty Muffler – Our most popular choice, the Shorty features a CNC-machined alloy end cap and delivers a deep, thunderous exhaust tone. Perfect for riders who love classic custom styling with bold acoustics. Four different volume configurations are available: no baffles, standard baffle only, end-cap baffle only, or both baffles.

  • Flanker Muffler – With its carbon-fibre tip and stainless-steel mesh grille, the Flanker is made for modernists. It produces a refined, low burble that particularly complements the aggressive lines of the CBR650R. The Flanker is also available with a Quietcore baffle, which reduces volume by approximately 3 dB—or 30%—across the rev range. Please note that the Quietcore is no longer offered for Shorty systems. The Flanker muffler is not available in Cerakoted colours because its carbon-fibre end cap is non-removable.

Both designs maintain a low-profile layout that integrates seamlessly with the bike’s silhouette. With the included dB killers installed, volume is moderated for road use, while removing them unlocks the system’s full, unfiltered character.

Performance Straight Out of the Box

  • Designed to run perfectly on the stock ECU. Remove the baffle for more volume, or pair the system with an aftermarket air filter and dyno tune for maximum gains. If running without a baffle alongside aftermarket intake modifications, we recommend tuning the bike to suit.
