Designed exclusively for the Royal Enfield Bear 650, this handcrafted seat trim elevates both comfort and styling on one of the most characterful parallel twins in the midsize cruiser class. Produced to order in our Brisbane workshop, every trim is individually tailored with rider-specific foam densities, delivering a balance of softness for short hops and firm support for longer rides. It’s a thoughtful solution to the common issue of factory seats that rarely suit every rider’s build.

Our Bear 650 custom seat features either a hand-stitched diamond pattern on our distressed-brown Carrara vinyl, or a ribbed, perforated soft-touch vinyl on our Oxley design — both versions are framed with clean twin side panels that integrate seamlessly with the bike’s classic lines. It’s an understated yet transformative detail that highlights the Bear’s modern-retro styling while providing a truly bespoke look.

Each trim is built around a dual-density foam system, adjusted to your weight and riding position for improved ergonomics and day-long support.

• Oxley - Combination of black suede and high-grade perforated vinyl

• Nullarbor - Diamond-stitched central panel in distressed brown leather

• Both the Oxley and Nullarbor feature subtle contrast stitching to complement the Bear’s chrome and blacked-out components

Custom Finishes:

For riders chasing something more individual, we also offer premium options like Alcantara, alternative stitch patterns, and a wide selection of colour accents. Every trim is built to reflect your personal style, with costs adjusted based on material choice and time required.

Installation

Fitting is straightforward and can be done at home with an air-powered 6–8mm staple gun and a flat-head screwdriver. The process takes around 15 minutes, and we provide a detailed video guide to walk you through it. Prefer to have it done professionally? Any local upholsterer can complete the job quickly—and in our experience, they’re always impressed by the quality of our work.
