- ✂️ Trim Only vs New Seat Units: For all seat products, we supply you with a handmade, model-specific seat trim. For some bike models, we are also able to supply an OEM-equivalent moulded seat base and foam, with our seat trim pre-installed. If ordering the former, you will need to remove your stock seat trim (see video guide below) and then install the Kelpi seat trim. If ordering the latter, you simply remove your existing seat and replace it with the Kelpi unit. If you don't see "New Seat Unit + Trim" as an option, we do not carry a seat base, and you will need to order the trim-only version to install yourself.
- 🍑 Comfort Level?: Trim-Only = ~10-15% improvement in comfort. New Seat Unit + Trim = ~15-25% improvement in comfort.
- 🌦️ Waterproof?: We use weather-resistant materials for all our seat trims. While the materials themselves are water resistant and will stand up to the elements, repeated or prolonged exposure to torrential rain or snow will likely result in water entering the seat through the stitching. We suggest keeping the seat dry wherever possible, and using a damp sponge or towel to spot clean the seat when required.

Please note that ALL our seats are hand-made-to-order here in Brisbane, Australia. A lead time of 2-4 weeks is our standard turnaround time on any order containing a seat product. You will be notified of your seat's completion before it is shipped to you. Please allow up to 30 days between placing a seat order and the order being shipped to your address.

Our seat update refines the bike’s overall profile while maintaining its signature enduro heritage and delivering all-day rideability.
Each seat trim is handmade in Brisbane with our signature blend of premium automotive fabrics, foams, and threads, ensuring lasting performance across on and off-road conditions. A dual-density 24mm foam layer is stitched into the rider’s seat to provide better weight distribution and absorb the impacts of rough terrain. The ribbed seat design features updated lines, while a contrasting rear border panel pays homage to the vintage desert sleds that made Triumph a legend in the dirt.
Styles
Black / Copper - Chunky ribs on a black faux-perforated vinyl, with a copper twin-stitched tuck and roll insert.
Chocolate Brown - Chunky ribs utilising a chocolate brown faux-perforated vinyl with slight burgundy undertones, all brought together with a matched stitch, keeping things minimal and timeless.

Fitment & Installation
Each cover is designed for seamless installation, allowing you to refresh your Scrambler’s seat in just 15 minutes using an air-powered 6mm staple gun. For those less inclined to install themselves, local upholsterers can provide professional fitting for a small fee. We tend to love this option, as you’ll get perfect fitment whilst also getting an unbiased professional opinion on the quality of upholstery that we do. Since we started Kelpi, we’re yet to hear of any trimmer who hasn’t been impressed by our work. We take care to ship each trim worldwide with packaging designed to prevent creasing or damage during transit.
