The Tiger Sport 660 is an incredibly versatile middleweight sport tourer—but its monstrously long seat unit leaves a lot of room for improvement. Our Kelpi comfort seat trim for the Tiger Sport 660 is designed to elevate both the look and feel of your bike, replacing the factory upholstery with an all-black setup crafted for long-haul comfort and subtle styling.

This seat trim uses our 24mm dual-density foam inlay to add tailored comfort to the riders seat. The result is a smoother, more supportive ride over long distances, with a noticeable reduction in fatigue—especially for upright touring positions. Whether you’re racking up daily commuting hours or exploring backroads and national parks, this trim is built to keep you going longer.

The trim itself features a combination of black vinyl and black synthetic suede, creating a balance of grip and durability while keeping the aesthetic clean and refined. It's an ideal match for the Tiger Sport’s angular styling and more modern finishes.

Fitment & Installation
Each trim is designed for seamless installation, allowing you to refresh your Tiger Sport’s seat in just 15 minutes using an air-powered 6mm staple gun. For those less inclined to install themselves, local upholsterers can provide professional fitting for a small fee. We tend to love this option, as you’ll get perfect fitment whilst also getting an unbiased professional opinion on the quality of upholstery that we do. Since we started Kelpi, we’re yet to hear of any trimmer who hasn’t been impressed by our work. We take care to ship each trim worldwide with packaging designed to prevent creasing or damage during transit.
