Our systems deliver:

• Enhanced Exhaust Flow: Unlock the CP2 engine's full potential with increased torque and horsepower.
• Lightweight Design: Shed up to 4.7kg compared to the factory exhaust system (stock system: 7.7kg).

Each system is available in a brushed stainless finish, with optional black or bronze Cerakote finishes for select models. An included removable dB killer offers flexible volume levels, assisting with noise compliances while preserving the system’s signature tone.

Decibel Levels

• No Baffle: ~98dB
• Standard Baffle: ~95dB
• Quietcore Baffle (Optional Extra): ~91dB

Quietcore Baffle: Available as an optional extra, this baffle significantly reduces volume for stricter noise compliance, though it slightly reduces top-end power. Systems include the standard baffle, allowing for three distinct sound profiles when combined with the Quietcore and no-baffle setups. • Euro 5+ Options

  • Beginning in 2024, Euro 5+ emissions restrictions require all European-delivered bikes to run two separate O2 sensors in the exhaust. This change is being gradually rolled out to the rest of the world beginning in 2025 (excl. most US States). Most MT07s delivered to Australia and the US are still running a single sensor. To see if your bike requires a Euro 5+ Exhaust, please check the reference image below to see if your bike matches. The first O2 sensor every bike will have is circled in the top right of the image, and the secondary euro 5+ specific sensor is circled bottom centre. If there is no secondary Euro 5+ sensor, please order the standard system.

Performance Variability

Due to variations in restricted versions across regions and the wide range of intake and air filter options available, performance specifications are not standardised globally. However, the Kelpi CP2 full system with no baffle consistently delivers performance gains exceeding those of market leaders Akrapovic and SC Project, with only the Graves titanium system providing slightly better power outputs. Our standard baffle and no baffle options both provide horsepower improvements straight out of the box on stock tune.

Installation

Designed for quick and easy installation, the full system can be fitted in under an hour using basic hand tools (HEX set, sockets, wrenches, etc.).
