With every seat made to order and set up to the client’s bike and weight, these comfort seat trims are handmade in Brisbane using premium materials, ensuring a durable, custom-fitted upgrade for your R6.

Design Options

Designed to match the distinctive colour-ways of Yamaha’s middleweight racing success, each trim features a black vinyl and suede combination, diamond-stitched with a coordinated detail stitch to tie into your bike’s aesthetics:

• Team Yamaha Blue: Royal blue detail stitch
• Black & Grey Models: Charcoal detail stitch

Tailored Comfort & Fit

Comfort isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we customise the foam based on height and weight. Shorter riders receive a 12mm single-density insert to maintain a lower profile, while taller riders receive a 24mm dual-density foam insert for increased support and long-haul comfort. Foam density is also set up to the rider’s weight, ensuring the correct support for every rider. This isn’t just about looks; it’s a seat you’ll want to sit on for hours.

Fitment & Installation

This is a direct replacement for your rider and pillion seat covers. Installation of this trim can be done in 20-30 minutes with an air-powered 6mm staple gun, following our video guide. Alternatively, any local furniture or automotive upholsterer can install the cover with ease. Each seat trim is thoughtfully packed for worldwide shipping once it has been made.
