YAMAHA MT09 (2024+) FULL STAINLESS EXHAUST SYSTEM

Our stainless full systems transform the tonal and visual mix of the newest generation of MT09 engines, whilst shedding 3-4kg of weight (muffler depending) and allowing for significantly improved torque and horsepower. Our systems utilise high flow catalytic converters and removable dB killers to conform to most region’s noise restrictions, and all three variants are capable of 121-126hp at the rear wheel once tuned, a massive increase on the 105hp at the rear wheel from stock.

The Kelpi MT09 systems come with three muffler options to suit you and your bike’s styling and tastes. The Shorty and Flanker options offer an underslung style of exhaust for a sleek looking finish that stays mostly tucked underneath. They’re light, and on the deep and loud side when not running their included dB killers. Our Shorty system is easily recognizable with its alloy end cap, and gives off more classic styling notes of the '60s and '70s with a bass heavy grunt of a note. The carbon-tipped Flanker fits the modern sport bike aesthetic with a low burble of a note. 

Performance gains and decreased weight can be had straight away from the exhaust system swap itself. For general road use, these systems can be run on the stock tune with no issues, and running them with the baffle will have a better air fuel ratio than without. That said, if you’re doing upgrades to both the intake and exhaust, and tossing the baffle in the quest for more glorious horses, an ECU flash or dyno tune become increasingly important and beneficial. In partnership with Kevin Hope we have developed a purpose built tune specific to our systems that is the result of four months of onboard data logging and dyno tuning. FITMENT (MODELS)

• Setup includes headers, collector, link pipe, catalytic converter, muffler, fasteners, springs and removable baffle insert
  
  
• The Quietcore baffle is an optional baffle to for our systems which replaces our standard dB killer, offering significant volume reduction to the exhaust at the expense of some top end power. When selecting the Quietcore baffle, you will still receive our standard baffle and be able to swap between for 3 distinct volumes and tones.
  
  
• Can be installed with basic hand tools in 1-2 hours (HEX set, sockets & wrenches etc)
