YAMAHA XSR900 (2022+) FULL STAINLESS EXHAUST SYSTEM

Elevate your CP3 engine with our stainless steel full exhaust systems, designed to transform the tonal and visual dynamics of Yamaha’s latest-generation XSR900 (including GP models). These systems shed approximately 3kg of weight (depending on muffler selection) while delivering significantly improved horsepower and an iconic exhaust note. With high-flow catalytic converters and removable dB killers, our systems are able to comply with most regional noise restrictions, offering both performance and versatility. Tuned systems are capable of producing 118hp at the rear wheel, a remarkable improvement over the stock 108hp.

Performance and Design

Our Kelpi 22+ CP3 exhaust systems come with two muffler options to suit your bike’s styling and your personal preferences:

• Shorty Muffler: With its CNC-machined alloy end cap, the Shorty muffler is our most popular option tonally, channelling classic custom styling with a deep bass-heavy exhaust note.

• Flanker Muffler: Featuring a sleek carbon tip and stainless mesh grill, the Flanker muffler embodies a modern sportbike aesthetic, offering a low burble and a contemporary finish.

Both variants maintain a sleek, underslung design that tucks neatly underneath the bike for a streamlined appearance. They are lightweight and tuned for a deeper, louder note when the included dB killers are removed.

Straight-Out-of-the-Box Gains

Our full systems provide tangible performance benefits immediately after installation:

• Horsepower Boost: Peak power increases to 113hp without any ECU adjustments.

• Weight Reduction: Save 2.9kg - 3.2kg (muffler dependant) compared to stock components.

For everyday road use, our systems perform with the stock tune without issues. The standard baffle setup optimises air-fuel ratios on stock tune and reduces volume by 3-8dB (RPM dependant). However, for enthusiasts seeking absolute peak performance with no baffle and an aftermarket air filter, a custom ECU tune is highly recommended.

We’ve developed purpose-built tunes tailored specifically to each muffler and baffle setup using the stock air filter, and these tunes are based on four months of onboard data logging and more than 100 individual dyno runs. This represents an attention to detail that custom dynotuning isn’t able to provide at more than twice the cost. This achieves an externally tested 10hp gain over stock and costs an additional $495 AUD. Fitment and Compatibility

Our full exhaust systems are compatible with the following models:

• 2nd Gen XSR900 (2022+)

• XSR900GP (2024+)

Each system includes:

• Headers, collector, link pipe, catalytic converter, and muffler

• Fasteners, springs, brackets, and a removable baffle insert

• Optional Quietcore Baffle: For significant volume reduction, this baffle replaces the standard dB killer and is ideal for riders in regions with strict noise regulations (TUV, Blue Slip, Roadworthy inspections). The Quietcore baffle is provided in addition to the standard baffle, offering three distinct sound and volume profiles.

Installation Made Easy

Installation can be completed in 1–1.5 hours using basic hand tools (HEX set, sockets, wrenches, etc.). Comprehensive installation instructions are available in the Additional Info tab.
